Who We Are
Brookside Property Management was born when its owner found that there was a large gap in the management market for strong and reliable companies that he could trust. Brookside vowed to become that management company that would do what they say to not only the landlords but to the tenants as well. Creating a win-win for all is definitely tough. But we all need each other to coexist. Treating tenants as customers has allowed Brookside to scale to managing over 100 units in just two short years.
